Testimony of several survivors, who were deported from Westerbork camp on the transport on 05/04/1944

Course of the events from their arrival to Westerbork camp, en route to their deportation to the East, and until their return to the Netherlands;

Alice Brandel-Anderson, from Amsterdam, escaped after she was evacuated from Christianstadt;
Celina Neyhoff van Cleef, from Amsterdam, was liberated in Birkenau;
Jacques Koster, from Amsterdam, was liberated in Blechhammer by the Red Army and returned to the Netherlands on his own;
Joseph Slagter, from Amsterdam, remained in Blechhammer until the liberation;
Sara Kuiper-Springer returned to the Netherlands via Belgium;
Margaretha Hendrika den Arend-Worms, from Amsterdam, was brought by the Russians from Katowice to Odessa and returned to the Netherlands via Marseille;
Hijman Cozijn, from Amsterdam, returned to the Netherlands via Odessa and Marseille;
Barend Kronenberg, from Amsterdam, was liberated in Erenforst by the Red Army and returned to the Netherlands via Odessa;
Engelina Kronenberg, from Amsterdam, was in Hochweiler camp;
Kaatje Schuyver-Wurms, from Amsterdam, was liberated in Theresienstadt;

In their testimony, the survivors indicate names of additional survivors and describe their fate, from their memory;

Included in the file:

Deportation lists from Westerbork to Bergen-Belsen and to Theresienstadt on the transport on 05/04/1944; the lists include the last name, first name, date of birth, and profession; lists of survivors who were also deported from Westerbork on this transport, including the name of the survivor and address after the war.
